Photographers and usage rights
COS will protect its and the photographers rights from any kind of infringement or misuse. It is therefore of most importance that you handle these pictures with the greatest care and follow our conditions of usage. These pictures can not under any circumstances be used for advertising, editorial or advertorials.

Images are only available for download if you have a password. Passwords are only given to press. Contact local COS press office for assistance.

Only accredited journalists are allowed to use pictures from the COS image library. When using COS campaign pictures it must be obvious that the campaign comes from COS. The photographers names should always be mentioned. Media are never allowed to manipulate, alter or edit COS´s pictures in any way. The campaign pictures from COS can never be used as covers.

Copyright notice
Intellectual property is protected by law. COS and the photographer/s reserves all copyright and other intellectual property rights related to the pictures. COS and the photographer/s are not prepared to tolerate any infringement of their rights, or any loss or damage their goodwill is caused by such infringement. Legal proceedings will be commenced without further notice in case of any infringement of intellectual property vested in COS and/or the photographer/s. The same applies for breaches of the conditions of usage.
